NO SPARK!!!!! HELP PLEASE

I HAVE A 25hp 92model and it just all the sudden it just stopped on the middle of the lake and it wasent sparking and i put new spark pluges in and everything but it still doesent spark what do i need to do please help me and thanks to any1 that can

Take the hood off, look at the magneto plate just under the flywheel. It should rotate freely as you use the throttle from "slow to fast"! Does the engine turn over freely without anything binding???

yes that engine turns over freely but just no spark and when i push the throttle it moves also but there is no binding

Find the "Black/Yellow" wire at the powerpack, then disconnect that wire from the pack. If you now have spark, there is either a short in the engine wiring harness..... or if the engine is a electric start model, the ignition switch is most likely shorted.<br /><br />If still no spark, the most likely cause is a failed powerpack.<br /><br />Let us know what you find.

where would my power pack be???? on a 92 evinrude 25 hp?
