This is an 82 175 Johnson V6 w/o oil injection. It is equipped with a jet lower unit. Because of this, the motor does not extend below the bottom of the boat and therefore is rarely tilted up. For example, I launch and trailer it in the upright position since there's no danger of it being damaged. Can't remember the last time I tilted it up.

Yesterday I was messing around with it and tilted it completely up. When I tilted it back down, I noticed a little fuel dribbling out of the cowling and down the leg. Not a lot, but then again, it wasn't tilted up very long. I didn't notice the fuel dribbling when it was tilted up, only when it returned to the upright position after being tilted.

Any ideas what's going on and where I should look?

Thanks in advance.
