I got an email from him around 5 pm....sounds like they got quit a mess down there...<br />It's definatley good news!!!!(not the mess...the fact Dale is still with us)<br />It is a great place to be...here at iboats!

Sounds like they got quite a mess and that's Good News? Glad to hear he survived the ordeal! Hope he's back in business and back online Real Soon! I expect as soon as the phone lines and internet are back up and running he'll be back to his same old self. It's kinda an addiction I guess. Freud would've never imagined it!

Thanks guys -- for ALL the thoughts. Sheril and I were extremely lucky. The house is still livable, especially if we ever get electric back. Living off of a generator and cold showers is the pitts.<br /><br />We spent the night in Sarasota Sunday (known as day 9 here) -- had to get a NASCAR fix and a hot shower. Sheril works in an insurance claims office so she has been working 12-13 hours a day plus the 45 min drive each way.<br /><br />My son lost his rental house and most of what he had but luckily he was away and therefore OK. We got him into another house with a roof. He called last night and he got power. <br /><br />One of my best friends who owns our old marina lost his house and the marina. The fork lift is buried so we have been turning boats back over by hand. Tons of fun! Literally!<br /><br />I'm getting ready to head back so I probably wont be back on line for a while. <br /><br />Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers. We really appreciate it. You guys are great!
