hot horn?

Im rebuilding an old boat. All the wires are loose from the ignition and such. I figured out most of the ignition, but i got this jumble of wires attached to a black box under the stearing wheel that im tryin to figure out what to do with. It has a cigarrette adapter on one wire that goes to another connection that is wired to the battery. The other wire goes to the hot light. So what are these other 5 wires for and what does this thing do? The part is Audiovox AA9141; a7a 50b. Any clues?

I have my repair manual for the boat. I have two actually. Neither one mentions this thing.

Well after working oni t all day, i figured out it is old car alarm rigged to be the hot horn.
