Is a 1996 Johnson 115-HP outboard a good motor if it was made prior to the bankruptcy filing by OMC? Is it a 60- or 90-degree block? Is the induction method cross flow?

OMC made the 115 in both 90 and 60 degree blocks that year. the 90 degree is crossflow and the 60 is a looper. Both are/were good engines

From what I know if your tilt/trim switch is on the right of the cowling it's a 90 if it's on the left 60. looking from the back of the motor.<br /><br />I FOUND THIS MAY BE TRUE MAYBE NOT.
