You said that you have checked the fuses, including that one to the lower left of your 'circled' picture?

Kesso,
Yes and I even replaced it with a brand new fuse just in case

Where is the breaker? How do I switch it back on? I looked every where and still being a 2nd year novice I don't know were to look.

Most Like Cable issues, corrosion etc. clean all connections. Next year take the battery out out of the boat. or at least disconnect it.

Re: I need HELP. *UPDATE*

I had a friend of mine who was working on it so I am not sure which cables he jumped on the starter and solenoid. When I turn the key there is no power anywhere in the boat and it doesn't click the starter either. He did a jump at the starter and got it to turn the motor a little. Then he jumped another wire and there was power back in the entire boat. Think it's the solenoid?

Re: I need HELP. *UPDATE*

DO you have any power at the front of the boat on the key switch? If there is nothing there I wouldn't suspect the solenoid yet.

+12VDC goes from your battery to starter solenoid.
Then same wire terminal from starter solenoid goes to circuit breaker/fuse.
The other side of the breaker/fuse the wire goes to the alternator.
From the same alternator terminal it continues on to the multipin plug. It goes through that the multipin plug to the keyswitch.
(It also goes from the same terminal on the alternator to the main contact on the slave solenoid.)
The +12VDC comes from your key switch when in the start position back to the coil on the slave solenoid. This signal or +12VDC will energise the slave solenoid to enegize the starter solenoid.
Use step by step trouble shooting with a meter and you will find where the +12VDC stops.

Re: I need HELP. *UPDATE*

lol, no problem. Lots of people have helped me out too. Let us know where there is no +12VDC when you test with a meter. See if you can get that boat running.

First of all I apoligize if you don't understand just what I am asking. I tried to make this as clear as I can. My set up doesn't look just like what is in the book so I think that is what may be confusing. Also don't laugh at the artwork. :D Thanks for any help.

I don't know what that is, but it sure looks like it replaces the circuit breaker.
One of the other more experienced people on this board will know for sure.
You could set your meter to the OHMS scale and check the resistance between terminal A and B. It should be very low, like less than 2 or 3 ohms. If it reads a very high resistance then it is open, and blocking the voltage flow. I didn't see anything that looks like a reset button on the device.

Thanks for the advice rattana.
Tommays,
do you have a pic of the fuse block for a Trim pump?
I will be taking a GOOD digital pic of the relay today or tomorrow. Hopefully someone can tell what this thing is. If I don't know what it is it's hard to replace or tell if that is the problem.

Re: I need HELP. *UPDATE*

Found out it is a 90Amp Fuse that Mercruiser used on some models. Gonna get a new one and see if it fixes the problem. Thought I did a pretty good job on the pic I made. :D

Re: I need HELP. *UPDATE*

the fuse should be easy to check without buying a new one eather it passes power or it doesent

you really need to stick with the basics of checking for power at each connection point and the condition of each one they may LOOK PERFECT but in fact will not pass power many times

tommays

Re: I need HELP. *UPDATE*

Now you just have to find out why the old 1 blew so you don't have a repeat performance.
