VRO part #

Hey Guys,Afyer reading the previous post VRO rebuild Im a bit worried,I to have a 16 year old VRO on my recently overhauled 89 225 jonno while I am still in the breakin period running premix &VRO Im not to botherd but I guess I should look at replacing it.Could someone list all the parts needed for this job eg new harnesses etc.Part numbers would be a real help.

fitzms....part number 5004559 is the newest VRO pump for your rig. All the stuff comes with it for installation except new fuel hose although some molded bend hose comes in the kit.

If you have the brittle smooth vinyl oil line, replace it with the late model "rubber" oil line using new clamps and removing any fittings or splices between the oil primer ball and the "VRO" inlet fitting. It would also be a good idea to check the bottom of the tank for water or sludge and replace the "sock" filter.
