Got a year or model number gime? Nice to know what year we are looking at. No timing to set on the 9.9/15's. A little history on the engine would help also...like is this a new engine for you, know anything about what maint has been done.<br /><br />Here's a couple things to do.....get compression readings on the cylinder. Check the spark...should jump at least a 7/16" gap with a hot thick spark. Can't tell what the plugs should be cause I don't know the year but most 9.9/15's will take a Champion QL77JC4 plug gapped at .030.<br /><br />Shoot some premix fuel down the carb throat and see if it fires off.....if it does, you may need to clean out the carb. Check the fuel lines are good (plyable) and check the connections are tight.<br /><br />AND....keep us posted....
