Uh, a little more information might help, along with not typing in all caps, which looks like you're shouting.<br /><br />But...never mind. You're going to have to get under that console and look closely. A good flashlight will help. Somewhere in there is a hole the diameter of that pin with nothing in it. That's probably where the pin goes, but...why did it fall out? Does the pin have holes for cotter keys? A groove for a Jesus clip?<br /><br />You can probably solve all of this for yourself if you take enough time and use logic to figure out what's going on.
