Chris<br /><br />Your gona have to stop starting a new thread for every question you have with these motors. The people that can help you the most wont even bother trying to answer your questions.<br /><br />Their is no such thing as an (average) timeing specfication on any engine. <br /><br />Your manual will give a specfic timeing for your motor. <br /><br />As an example only...! 28 degres before top dead center plus or minus 1 degre. I dont have a manual that covers your model year, so I cant tell you what your motor is suposed to be set at.<br /><br />Now stick with this thread only.....if you want people to try and help you.<br /><br />Good luck!

thank you for your input, i know there has to be an approx TDC that this motor runs at, i just dont want to blow another power head, like last time when i was told the timing was fine, i want to be certain. anyone have a clue?

also my manual doesnt give me an ideal TDC on these motors, i dont know where to find this info, my motors have a 10 dagree difference in timing, and i dont know if my software is verifying my timing correctly....
