MY FRIEND AND I HAVE TWO 2004 HURRICANE FD201 DECK BOATS WITH 50HRS ON THEM.BOTH HAVE HAD CRACKS IN BOTTOM OF HULLS REPARIED BY FACTORY ONE TIME ALREADY.WE DROVE THE BOATS FOR ONE DAY AND THEY CRACKED AGAIN IN SAME AREA!ANYONE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS? NEED SOME FEEDBACK !LET ME KNOW THANKS BOAT BOY

I have heard that before. A friend of mine works at a Hurricane dealer and when I was looking at buying one he told me to do some research as they have heard some problems in the past. What is your local dealer saying about the cracked hull?

This doesn't sound good. In fact, it sounds like a design flaw. If the factory repair broke almost immediately, and on two boats, there are serious problems going on.<br /><br />I hope you can get this taken care of in a satisfactory way. I'd be very concerned about this and would insist on things being put right in a permanent way....even to the point of insisting on a replacement boat.<br /><br />You have a guarantee of serviceability, regardless of any other guarantees the manufacturer offers. If the factory and dealer balk on making this right...it's time to find an attorney. Expensive toys are still supposed to float.
