Color codes and Descriptions

I have a factory manual and a couple other types like Clymer, etc., for my Johnson/ Evinrude motors(85'120hp & 93'200hp) which have good wiring diagrams including the wire colors... HOWEVER, in none of my manuals does it tell me, or can I find, the description of what each colored wire is or what it stands for. Can anyone tell me where to find this information.<br /><br /> I'd really appreciate the help folks... Thanks!<br /><br /> ~Ted

Thanks for the info ezeke, appreciated it. That's what I'm looking for. Anybody else got some similar info or links? Thanks... just trying to find all the descriptions if possible.
