Bill...pretty hard question to answer, first of all did Sea Ray pre-wire the boat for a windlass? This could drive the cost way up for heavy duty wire to run from the battery area up to the bow not to mention the labour involved. Would you be installing the same model that was available from the dealer at the time? I have no idea what your skill level would be for electrical/mechanical so price the unit and all extra pieces required as if you were doing it yourself and subtract that from the quotes you have to see what they are charging for installation...make your decision based on the difference.
