PN 313329. Around $3 from your local John/Rude dealer.

long shot here, but try a hobby shop. They have all sorts of little things that con be used on motors. Try and find one that sells large scale cars or planes.

I would get the keeper called for. Anything else jury rigged in might cause you some trouble with the linkage sync in the future.

The ones I have on the carbs now are ok but I am rebuliding them so I thought if I could order off the web I would but I don't think Iboats sells them.

Id say you can, if i-boats doesn't have them. Just do a search for oem johnson/evinrude parts. Or something like that . Google does well. Probably cheaper at a local dealer, by the time you add shipping. Unless you have other parts to add.
KYHunter

Don't see them on iboats, but ishopmarine.com will have them. Put in the number that OBJ gave you at the very top center of their home page. Best deal is bag of 5, I think.

Re: Looking for a simple part.

313329 Almost always "retainer", very frequently "retainer link", often "retainer link carb(uretor)" and several others depending on use.

It is all on the BRP parts diagram site at Evinrude.com.: Bombardier Parts Diagram

You just enter the part number only at the search, "advanced" area. All of the part names with that number come up and you can then select from that to see where the part was used.

Also in the advanced area you could, say, enter "Spark Plug" for the part and 1975 for the model, and see a list of plugs used in that year.

Hope this helps.
