Model Number Question

Hi there,<br /><br />I know this answer exists somewhere on this site, but a search did not yield the answer. So, apologies in advance.<br /><br />I just purchased a Johnson 6 hp.<br /><br />Model: 6RL77M<br />Serial: J4733103 <br /><br />I know this is a 1977. Can someone decipher the R, L and M in the model number? Any clues on the serial number?<br /><br />Many thanks!

R=Rope Start<br />L=Long Shaft(20")<br />M=Model Run (Means nothing to anyone but the Manufactuer)
