OK skoop....<br /><br />Connect the fuel line to the engine. If the tank is equipped with a vent, make sure it's open. Squeeze primer bulb till firm. Just a note here...the primer bulb has an arrow on it. It should be pointing to the engine.<br /><br />With the primer bulb firmed up...make sure the engine is in neutral. Turn the twist counterclock wise till it stops...this sets the throttle plate. Pull out the choke lever. Give the rope a pull or two. If all is good on the engine, she should fire up. Push the choke lever back in.<br /><br />EDIT: If the twist grip has a red buttom on the engine of the handle, don't forget to have the safety key in place before starting.
