Old problem was the buzzer would go off. So, I checked the buzzer per forum suggestion. It was indeed hot. Then it was suggested that I check to see if the line was clogged, I did that. Still weak stream. Then it was suggested that it may be a t-stat. So I removed and replaced that. Then it was suggested that it was the water pump. That was removed and replaced.
Note: The old water pump looked as good as new, unknown when it was replaced.

I am still getting weak stream, the buzzer does not go off but I don't want to run it long enough for it to go off because of the weak water stream.

HELP PLEASE, I have run out of options. Also, I have blown with compressed air through the water passages inside the jacket. Also, no corrosion was found.

Good idea not to run motor to long. Not an expert on outboards but hang in there someone will be with you shortly. Do you know if the water pick up tubes were seated firmly in the water pump housing. Also water pump wear plate may be wore. Hope this helps.

I thought the tube may be the problem so I took the foot off again. This makes the 4th time in this repair I had it off. It was seated and the gasket was doing its thing. I put the whole kit in not just a pump, so its got all new innerds and housing. I put the old T-STAT back in it and fired it up GREAT water pressure only over heated AGAIN. So, now something tells me I was sold the wrong or a bum T-STAT?

Try another t-stat and see if it still overheats. If it does you've got a problem somewhere else. If you've got a good stream of water it still does'nt mean that the water is getting everywhere it needs to go. But try the new t-stat and let us know if it fixes you up.
