Need Help... Merc part #?

Okay,<br />I've looked everywhere for this. In my remote control box, there is a little black cylindrical clip that anchors the throttle cable to the remote control housing. It's broken, and the hose clamp methoid just ain't cutting it anymore. I have a 1983 90 HP Merc inline 6 with the quicksilver remote control box similar to the schematic below. I'd really appreciate your help. <br /><br />

I can't find a parts break-down of that control. Does the other end (engine end) of the cable have the same clip?<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty

Hi Hooty,<br />Thanks for your help. From what I can tell, the clip is specific to the remote control box.
