Motor year & Weak spark

Hi I have a 90 hp Mariner ser # od284026 I'm unsure of the year for parts .. It wont start and has weak spark on all 3 cylinders . any help is good help <br /><br />TIA !

go to mercruiserparts.com and search for mercury outboards then a link to Mariner parts should be available. If you can not find it let me know.
