I have a twin engine setup on a 30' v-hull. Running at w.o.t. in ruff water (2-3 footers) one engine will loose power. I throttle back the engine regains power, I put it back to w.o.t. and the issue repeats. If the water is calm I can hold it at w.o.t. with no problems. It seems like the engine is running out of gas. I swapped the fuel supply lines between the two engines, it made no difference. Any clues?
Thanks,
Roger

Yep! try rebuilding the fuel pump,it could possibly be something simple like a bad check valve or diaphram.

You might also pull the bowls on the carbs and check for sediment that may stir up in rough seas causing temporary blockage of the main jets. OOps I see that it is an EFI, no carb bowls, maybe still some sediment somewhere else, still sounds like you're sucking air at WOT rough seas
