I've got a 2003 90 hp classic two stroke.

I bought a prop off ebay. Part number is 48-78122-21. Currently will turn close to 6000 RPMs. (did it once, never again) with a 17" prop.

Figure to drop me 800 rpm would be perfect. I'm not by the boat.

Is this the wrong prop. It was advertised as a 13X21 prop. Could not find part number on Merc website.

If it is the wrong prop, any buyers? I think it may be for the 135 and bigger...

Tx.

Joe

Yup, I think I bought the wrong prop....

Could someone please measure the diamter of the hub and the exterior of the exhaust hub on a recent vintage 90 hp Merc Classic.

I've got 4.5 inches on the interior and 4.75 on the exterior.

Seems I thought these were the dimensions on the stock prop....

Tx.

Joe

I believe yours should be a 4" diameter.
