I need to replace the aluminum prop on my 2001 Mercury 60hp 2-stroke ELPTO. The motor is ona 16'-2" boat.

I called the dealership where it was purchased and they did not have on file what prop was installed, but they recommended a 10-3/8 - 14 propeller for this boat/motor combination.

Do you all agree?

The RPM's max out at 5200RPM currently.

Where is the best place to purchase props?

Let me know what yout think

Re: Right prop?

It's in the ballpark. I take it you don't know what you had? I'd go one inch less pitch than the one that gave you 5200. You're looking to run at around 5500. A prop with an inch or two less pitch will bring you up into that range...about 200 rpms per inch. A lot of places sell Mercury props now. I've even seen them at the local farm & barn this year. A dealer might be willing to let you try before you buy. Depends on if price is more important, or getting the right one the first time.
