tracker 60hp 99model, problems after warm

starts fine, runs great at any speed, after running sum time at full speed will die, restart and run to half throtle, let cool and will run great again for some time, made sure gas cap was venting, changed fuel line from tank to moter, cleaned carb, what next???????????

reganc...i have a 60 hp that was doing the same thing.i have tried everything to solve it. i read where the vent jets in the side of the carb were for mid range fuel economy.2 weeks ago after it started acting up after about 1/2 hour,i pulled it to the dock & removed the vent jets.started it up & took off & it was fine.it wont hurt to leave them out. just may use a little more fuel through midrange.try it & report back.they are right next to the idle mixture screws on the outside of the carb .look like regular carb jets
