WHILE WINTERIZING MY MOTOR THE PLASTIC STEM ON A WD-40 CAN WAS CUT OFF BY THE PISTON IT IS ABOUT 2 INCHES IN LENGTH AND WAS CUT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF <br />THE CYLINDER iS THAT THE INTAKE OR EXHAUST PORT<br />THE PISTON WAS MOVED WHILE SPRAYING. DO i HAVE TO TAKE THEW MOTOR APART TO RETRIVE STEM<br /><br />THANKS HOTNOVA

Welcome to iboats.<br /><br />OOPS! I wish I had one in front of me to give you the answer, but if that's the side that has a single large cover attached to the block with a bunch of screws, that's the exhaust side. No problem if that's the case. It'll come out soon as you run it. If it's on the intake side, then yes you should get it out of there.
