Robert: I have both the Seloc and Merc/factory shop manuals that cover this engine. Although I haven't specifically looked at the fuel pumb assembly diagrams, almost all other diagrams I've looked at in these two manuals (including carb.) were exactly the same - in other words, I believe that Seloc uses the Merc. diagrams in their manuals.<br /><br />I mention this because you probably need a shop manual, and won't be able to find a Merc version, but probably will beable to find the Seloc locally at a book store, library or boat shop. I don't know of any on-line sources for these diagrams.
