Water in exhaust

I fired up my 1975 50hp Merc for the first time of the season today. Usually there's a little water spraying out of the upper exhaust hole, but today there was a lot more than usual. Never mind, I think it's just from the increased backpressure of running it in a bucket instead of muffs, so more is coming out the upper holes.<br />Eric
