Previously, I posted a problem I am having with my 1999 Suzuki DF70. This engine is in top condition, etc. Water does not flow out of the pee-hole. Taking advice from this forum, I have removed the plastic noozle with the pee hole, in the hopes that might help. (No).
Water is recirculating out of the exhaust nicely.
Other than removing the plastic tell-tale noozle from the exterior of the engine, what else can I do myself. Can I thread a wire through this opening now that the noozle is removed. Is there a way of removing the plastic housing of the engine so I can readily access the tell-tale line. My hunch is that the line is plugged either at its orifice origin or in the tell-tale tube itself. Again, even with the plastic tell-tale noozle removed, engine still doesn't pee. There is nothing wrong with impeller etc.
