Yamaha 200 SWS seems to be flooding

My Yamaha 200 SWS seems to be flooding after I start it, run it at idle for a few minutes, then shut it down. For example, If I launch & idle over to a fuel dock & shut it down, I can't start it again for 30mins to an hour. If I launch and just take off, it runs beautifully. <br />Any thoughts? Primer bulb is firm. Fuel is fresh. Motor has recently been decarbed. It is only a problem after a short idle & shut down.
