Yamaha Anode grounding wires 1988/130

I know it is important for all the anodes to be grounded properly to work right. On my Yamaha 250 the big one under the trim had a ground wire attached to one of the bolts. On my 1988 Yamaha 130 there is no wire. Should there be? Where does it attach? Reason I ask is anode is like new but bolts that hold it in are eaten up bad.

I have confirmed there is to be a wire but where does to other end connect? From the bolt on the anode to XXXXX ?

Hey thanks a lot for the pics, I think my 1988 is a bit different but at least I can see what Yamaha is trying to do here.

Can't find a tapped screw hole to mount other end of wire like your 2001 shows.

No wire on my 115 etxj, I thing it grounds through the bolt.
