i have 82 suzuki dt115 start up and run fine. I took to the river and let it run about 35miles/hour. After it run for about 20-30 minutes the Engine started to cut out and died. and it is also very hard to start again. i have to used gas spray directedly into the carb to make the Engine restarted. and what i have done to that Engine was replace the gas filter and flush out the gas tank. I took to the river again and it happen the same after a short time (15 minutes)

You may have sucked some crud or water into the carbs and although you have replaced the filter the crud or water may still be in the carbs. You might try removing the carb bowl drains and see if that helps, however you may need to remove and clean and rebuild the carbs. Another possiblity is that the engine is overheating. Check the engine temp and verify that it isn't overheating.
