Impeller for water pump.

Anyone able to tell me where I can get an impeller for water pump for my 2hp yamaha 2B.<br />Serial 6A1 056870. I live in the uk.

I have just fitted a new impeller into my Yamaha 2b but there seems to be no water coming out of the exhaust port.I have also cleaned out the water pipe and removed the cylinder head to get rid of any gunk that had accumulated in the water jacket.The engine runs fine and there is no overheating smell but I would have thought that there would have been a water tell tale at the exhaust port.Is that the case with your engine ECKY?And if so Have you any idea why my motor is not doing the same as yours

I nearly forgot to anyone else looking for an impeller for this engine the Mariner 2B is exactly the same and uses the same impeller.

I have sorted it the vanes on the impeller were pointing in the wrong direction she is now pumping water fine.
