Hi Mike.<br />Do you need a replacement title or just the little registration card?<br /><br />Can't find a form for a replacement registration certificate online.<br />But I did find the contact info for the online boat registration renewal.<br /> http://www.boat.wisconsin.gov/license/dnr/html/contact_us.html;sesessionid=9D2644RFT_1TuG9kPZGG6IKi <br /><br />Thank you for using the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Online Registration Center. Please contact us either by phone or by email using the form below. <br />Business hours: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM Central Time Monday through Friday <br />Contact us by phone: <br />Phone: 608-266-2621 <br />OR by email by completing the form below:

Mike, if Mo. is like Ky. You will have to find/replace the Wi. registration before you can transfer/register in Mo.

SBN thats what Mo. told me........It amazes me that people have walked on the moon and we send peolple into space, bill collectors can find me no matter where I go and I can do all my banking online and yet the state of Mo. cant verify that this boat is mine through the internet and my State issued I.D........How stupid is that. I know its all about charging me more money.....I say fine take the money but lets get it without making me wait for the snail mail to get to Wis.....then come back here.......OK I feell a little better ........NOT.......

Re: Mo. Boat registration

So can you just present the old card to MO, or does it have to be currently registered?<br /><br /><br />Guess maybe you will just have to renew the WI reg, have it mailed to you, or a relative in WI, then do the deal with MO.
