Who made this motor

I'm looking at buying a 12' little Alum. bass boat and it has a 20hp "Hardline" motor on it which needs work.<br /><br />For now I would just like to know the following until I find more out about the engine such as model etc...<br /><br />1- Who made this engine? Sears, a div of Johnson?<br />2- If you know. Are parts difficult to get?

The seller just informed me the engine is a Yamaha or at least that is what he was told...<br /><br />How can I tell from the plate on the engine if this is the case? Anything special I should look for in the serial #, make #, model #....
