The 45 is awesome. It is a commercial model which includes a big 4 1/4" gearcase for those heavy loads. By myself with no load I reached 54kph. (almost 34mph.) The boat is rated for a 55hp. The trolling motor is only a 30lb model but I'm very happy with it. Of course I could go bigger but it does what I need.
