    A new summer and I want to continue dialing in the prop on my 24' Playcraft tritoon I bought used last year. It has a 135 Honda and came with a 14 3/4" x 16 ss prop.     I upgraded to a 2004 Playcraft 24' pontoon with a 135 Honda. We had it out on it's maiden voyage and found it to be a great pontoon. BUT. While the acceleration is great the wot speed is not.
