ok so i have a 1959 johnston seahorse 18 hp i went to roll over and the pistons are seized up and a head bolt is broke im just wondering is it worth taking somewhere to get fixed there is some rust on the bottom cynlider

so i was looking at the boat today and i found something that i really dont know how to fix so i took pictures the first one will be 3 little hole from corrosion they are higher up. it looks like the main seal is coming off the transit needs replace and i found a leak...
