i have an 89 omc 3.0L and i took it out for the first time since a friend rebuilt my carb. it runs fine but when i floor it, it takes forever to plane out. it is extremley doggish, and then every couple of seconds, its like it wants to take off but then boggs back down. i was told my adjustments...
