I am in the process of (winterizing) draining water from the engine block and manifold in a 2003 Bayliner 175 with the 3.0 i/o.

The unit comes with a transducer that is transom mount or trolling motor mount.
My question is can I install that transducer as a through the hull mount. I would like to epoxy it to the inside, bottom of my hull.
I know it has a temp sensor, but I don't care if that works or not.
