My Mariner will not come down off high idle when stated. I have the low idle mixture screw on top two carbs one and three quarter turns out from snug seat. If I turn them out father it has no effect on idle. Stumped!
Can someone give me some insight on replacing the impeller. Should there be grease between the impeller plate and backing plate, and how snug do you pull the cable for the neutral and forward when putting it back together. Also should you put sealer when reattaching the lower unit.
