Im changing motors and the truck is hooked up to run propane. What is this thing? The hoses look like they run to the heater core? Is this the propane set up? It also had hoses going to the intake, and every where.

This is probably a first.. Talk about a mess, the foam is actually in real good shape. I found about 1/8" wet at the bottom in the middle, maybe a 1/8 cup of water. Thats pretty good for being 38 years old. What kind of foam did they use, life time??

I am replacing the transom and need a short shaft motor. I was wondering if i could just make the new transom 5 or 6" higher and do some modification to the top to make it look ok? It would save me 150.00 or should i just stick to my original plan of the short drive shaft?
Ok, just as everyone said the seam was obvious as soon as I took the rub rail off. Do I just use a screw driver or puddy knife and wedge it in the seam? And whats my plan for putting it back on?
