    time to say goodbye to all.

    thank you all for being here when i needed you all, its now time to say goodbye to all you fine people, i will not be leaving this forum , as i am following some peoples rebuilds. but i no longer have the boat. gave it away. to someone that really wanted it. new adventures are already at play...

    well it is now installed. delrin as backer plate. will be adding fender washers as well

    well im still not mounted. been procrastinating. i wont be using washers. but my backing plates are made of delrin. i will be shaping them before installation continues. i had to drill the mounts a bit bigger to accommodate the bolts.

    well I got my ladder today. i thought it woulda been wider. its pretty narrow. but it will do the job. havent done anything with it yet. should i bolt it through transom or use the supplied screws?
