boat is a 1979 terry bass boat with a 75hp evinrude out board!!! Just replaced the fuel pump on it.. Starts up good but when you go to throttle it, it will bog down and die out!!!! Now the weird thing... The lever that says lift to start witch gives it a little gas to start it will rev up and...

Hello boaters. I have an 85 century with an omc 140. It starts and runs fine and will rev up fine if I do it slowly. But when I lay the hammer down all at once, it falls on its nose and dies. Even in neutral. It just started this nonsense the last time out. Any input is appreciated........Jeff
