I've been looking for a cheap outboard to fix up for my boat I'm restoring. I don't have a lot of cash so I can't afford a working motor. What do you all think? Thanks

Well, I was given a boat that needs a complete overhaul. The motor that came on it is a 19?? Johnson super seahorse ??hp. The sticker on the inside is no longer readable.
The boat has been sitting since 96 and the cover was off about 3 or 4 inches. Just enough to expose the spark plugs...
