My motor starts fine. Idles a little rough but in neutral can rev pretty good. When I put under load, It acts like it wants to go but loses power -- if I choke it while accelerating it does better but still not right. Max speed about 12mph--it's on a 16 ft Lund so should do a lot better. It's...
