If your panel doesn't have a negative area you will need a separate bus bar. The separate bus bar will need to have a negative wire from the bus bar to the battery.
It should look something like this.

Edit: After looking closer this picture appears to be a case of the "flipped negative" as it was called in the film camera days. However I have seen it done and it looks even stranger such as JC 6528 AP

A buss bar is uesed as a common point for your (-) negative circuit. The (-) negative from your battery gos to the buss bar & the (-) negative from your circuits goto the buss bar.
Here is two types of a buss bars. But there are others types too.
