This motor runs perfect on water hose ,carbs clear ,new plugs,compression checks out good,fuel system is clear..although after running a few miles on water it will lose rpms and it will drop to around 2800...like its gone into some safe mode...but after it cools off the motor will run perfect...
Took boat out last weekend and never ran better....took it out yesterday and it never hit not once.....its getting fuel to cyclinders and the motor is turning over fine.....i unplugged the neutral safety switch and put the wires togather and nothing...i pulled a plug out and had the motor turned...
