Hey all, I'm hoping you can help me. I have a 1996 mariner 115 with a single cylinder trim. Engine trims up about 1/4 of the way then stops, pump continues to run but it doesn't go up, from this point I can manually lift it all the way up. When I let it down it falls to the point that it stops...
