    Tohatsu 40? year?

    I have a tohatsu motor the guy I bought it from sid it was 40 hp. He didn't know the year. I can not find a tag onthe motor with the numbers on it. The only numbers I can find ae on the block they are. 89766 and 2WT680. I'd like to know the year model and hp so I can gat a manual for it...
