motor runs very poor at idle,only fires half the time. at high speeds it runs great...i ran a bunch of test like the book said to do..everything checks out.had anyone ever ran into this..thanks dan
most all outboards i have had ,everything was removed and just mixed my gas/oil..can i do the same to my 92 90hp nissan..if so,what is the proper way to do it?do i have to block off anything,like oil lines? thanks dan
someone please help..i have a 50hp 89 model force..the motor lost fire on 1 cylinder,after many test "per manual" i think my stator is bad..now the big problem..i have no serial numbers on my motor..nor do i have a part# on the stator..everytime i ask about buying a stator for my 50 hp 89 model...
can anyone tell me where i can find a engine cover for a 90 hp nissan.it is a 1992 model..will any other model work..i do not mind painting it if it is another brand of engine...thanks
i picked up a small outboard and the only tag i can find on it reads (mariner 695 009676) can any one use this number to tell me what year and size this motor is?? thanks dan
i have a 225 johnson i get fire on 4 cyl out of the 6 and the fire will move some times on other cyl? . i have changed out the stator,powerpack,and trigger,whats up!!whaty eles can i change?????!!!!!!!!!
