    I have rebuilt a carb on a 80 200 20hp merc. When I prime the bulb fuel pours out of a hole on the front of the carb. It starts but only sputters with fuel pouring out of this same hole.     1981 15hp wont run at full throttle

    Just bought this motor and it ran fine but noticed the fuel pump leaks so replaced it, now when go full throttle it bogs down and I have to leave the choke out to get it to do that.
