I have rebuilt a carb on a 80 200 20hp merc. When I prime the bulb fuel pours out of a hole on the front of the carb. It starts but only sputters with fuel pouring out of this same hole. It is the hole part #16 goes in. http://www.crowleymarine.com/mercury-outboard/parts/481_5.cfm

Just bought this motor and it ran fine but noticed the fuel pump leaks so replaced it, now when go full throttle it bogs down and I have to leave the choke out to get it to do that. It will idle without the choke but sputters. I took the carb off and cleaned but i did not have a rebuild kit. It...
